W Restaurant in Fort St. John

Good. Went out out their way to try get some egg free food and gluten free.

Gross and overpriced for take out. Rude service on take out side. Buffet looked good, but not allowed to get your take out from that side.

Food was absolutely disgusting.... Arrived right when they opened at 1130. Everything extra greasy, flavours in all the types of Chinese foods were bland or off. Buffet was not piping hot despite having only just opened for lunch either. Sauces had skins from sitting. Only thing worth eating was the salad.... Will not return and i do not suggest this place at all. Staff were checking on us less than every 5 minutes as well which was more annoying than helpful considering its a buffet!!!

I ordered the Dinner for Eight for pick up. Tried their mobile app for the first time and it worked splendidly. The food was ready at the prearranged time and was hot and fresh. Ample quantity that satisfied easily. Excellent food and friendly staff. I would recommend the Fort St. John location without hesitation, whether dining in or take-out.

I requested the Supper for Eight for get. Attempted their versatile application just because and it worked wonderfully. The nourishment was prepared at the prearranged time and was hot and new. Abundant amount that fulfilled no problem at all. Phenomenal nourishment and inviting staff. I would prescribe the Post St. John area decisively, in the case of feasting in or take-out.

My food was good but my container had a burn hole on bottom that I did not notice, I noticed when picking the container up as I got sauce all over my table and floor, plz check your take out container before you send out that order...

It's really nice. The food is good, but it can make you sick if you eat to much. There bathrooms are okay.

Best Chinese food in Fort Saint John. Good service & prices plus fresh not over cooked selection for buffet. Even had fresh flowers on tables which is nice.

Food was almost inedible... chicken balls supper greasy.. everything tasted off... would not recommend to anyone

Most food ok, however their deep fried prawn are subpar at best. For the $17.25 you get 12 small prawns with way to much batter! Seriously outrageous.

Good evening I’m staying in a hotel here in Ft St John, asked the front desk a good Chinese restaurant and was given your info, after an absolutely exhausting day I phoned your restaurant to order and was told I had to download your app to place an order. I said all I want is dinner for 4...was told again you don’t take orders over the phone. Exhausted I tried to download your app and it didn’t work, several times trying I found another Chinese restaurant that was more than happy to take my order over the phone and deliver it to my hotel. MORAL OF THE STORY...bend a little

Everything was perfectly fine. Just not as good as it used to be. Quality of food and flavors have definitely gone down from where it used to be.

Mama would be disappointed! Not the best Chinese food at Mama Pandas Fort St John, I ask for no onions and everything comes with onions. So I stopped ordering from this place. prices are high for the small size of portions you get when ordering for take out. They usually answer the phone in a very strange unprofessional way, but that's usually the way it goes in Fort St. John. Improvement in every area is needed before I become a regular customer.

the amount of protein is really good. but I did say we are starving truckers and I would of pain extra to fill the last compartment in the diner for one tray/take a way box.

Very not impressed !! Wife and I both found the food cold and very little selection compared to what has been there previously !! At this point we wont be going back there, we used to love that place !! And sorry but we cant reccomend it to no one else !!

Excellent food super friendly and fast service

The food wasn't bad but it took some convincing to actually get the order. We ordered take out on a Sunday evening and went to go pick it up. When we arrived back at the hotel my order wasn't in the bag. We called them back and they said they would refund us, we asked if they would just make the food and they said no at first but eventually agreed to make it anyways. They also said it could not be delivered and we would have to drive back and pick it up. Upon arrival we asked if there was any kind of discount they could give us like any normal restaurant does when they mess up the order but the server didn't want to budge, not even an apology. One of the weirdest experiences with take out in my life.

Typical Canadian Chinese food. Get what you expect. Nothing special here. FSJ Chinese food is all the same. Noodles might vary from place to place but all have same quality

Best smorg in town. Not in BC, or even Northern BC, but best in FSJ and possibly The Peace.

They forgot my Ginger Ale for the last time. I tried calling back and someone answered the phone and hung up not even bothering to answer me. I understand you're closed, but I tip EVERY time I went there and if this is the kind of customer service you give, then I will not be going back. All I want, are my Ginger Ale's.

Great food. Their soft ice cream machine is hit or miss as it has been out for repair many times when we go there for dinner

The food is excellent. The service is good. The buffet has a nice selection, all of the food was fresh and hot. Parking is not so good. Everybody has a different type of Chinese food that they like, Mama Panda is the restaurant for my wife and myself. We will be back many times.

Paid a 5 $ delivery. For a 30 minute late meal, order at before 4pm. To a hotel 3km. Guess I gave to much notice?

Ran out of some of the dishes and had to wait for them to be refilled

Would not Accommodate substitute for a Shellfish allergy, made no attempt to contact and sent it to a house with airborne allergies anyways,But it's okay... we got a note with the delivery driver saying it's not safe to eat. Complete lack of common sense give your heads a shake

Great, attentive service! We had our Staff Christmas Party here for the second year in a row and they accommodated us very well. The food was good, hot and kept full. Our server kept our drinks full and cleared our dishes away quickly.
